Positive: The house is beautiful and in an excellent location. The communication with the owner is easy and smooth and John who works in the house is lovely. Highly recommend. Unbelievable facilities including swimming pool, steam room and sauna, lots of comfortable sitting spots and beds. The house has absolutely everything you could ever need and more. You walk outside and turn right and you have tonnes of options of restaurants and bars. One of the nicest houses I've ever seen. Highly highly recommend.
Negative: Seeing as you're not given keys (John opens and closes the gate), you have to bother John at all hours of the day and night. This is how the house operates (and understandably), but I felt guilty bothering John so much, especially when you're a big group. Otherwise, everything in the house is perfect.
Summary: Beautiful house in a buzzing neighbourhood of Cali. Highly recommend.
